Shipping Policy

  • Orders over $50.00 are eligible for free shipping.
  • Depending on the specifics of the order, we utilize either USPS or UPS for shipping. Generally, packages weighing more than 20 pounds will be shipped via UPS.
  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. However, orders placed after noon on Friday might not be shipped until the following Monday with the exception of holidays that fall on Mondays.

Damaged Merchandise

  • Any damage during transit falls under the carrier’s responsibility.
  • If a parcel arrives opened, missing content, or damaged, please inspect it immediately with the carrier present if possible and photograph the damage. Then, notify carrier or your local UPS or USPS office for inspection. Lastly, contact Four Oaks Equine Nutrition (4oaksconsulting@gmail.com) with your name and invoice number.
  • In all instances of damage, inspection at the delivery point is mandatory. Failure to comply with this procedure may result in us being unable to accept any claim for damaged goods. Following the proper procedure may allow us to replace the damaged item.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

  • Shipping time is dependent on carrier schedule. We will ship either UPS or USPS.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the order date, provided the product is new and unopened.
    Original shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund.
  • Returns of unopened products will incur a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs, both deducted from the refund. The customer must bear the return shipping cost.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping except in the case of Thorne Bottom Farm shipping incorrect product.

Refund Process

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via phone or email about your refund status.

Four Oaks Equine Nutrition does not take responsibility for returned items or products until they arrive and are received by our distribution center. Four Oaks Equine Nutrition will not be held responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping. 

Refunds from 4OaksEquine.Com will be credited to your account immediately, although your financial institution may place a hold on these funds. If you have received a refund from 4OaksEquine.Com but do not see the funds in your account, please contact your financial institution. Four Oaks Equine Nutrition is not responsible for any holding of funds by your financial institution.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items sold on 4OaksEquine.Com including but not limited to consultation and support fees are non-refundable.
